Customer Service Representative Pomona
Cal Poly Pomona is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Customer Service team in Facilities Planning & Management. Under the general direction of the Facilities Customer Support and Workflow Manager, this position will serve as a liaison between campus personnel and department staff. The incumbent will assist with the day-to-day operations and provide administrative and technical support for the department.
Laborer Pomona
Facilities Planning and Management (FP&M) serves as the lead organization for planning, developing, and maintaining the campus’s natural and built environments to support the university’s mission. The department seeks to preserve and enhance CPP’s history, aesthetics, physical assets, and natural ecosystems through coordinated planning, design, and construction of buildings, roads, infrastructure, landscaping, and other physical improvements. As an advocate on behalf of the university and its auxiliaries, FPM strives to provide facilities that meet scope, budget, operational needs, and functional requirements. FPM is comprised of approximately 200 facilities professionals (FTE) who also provide maintenance services, including custodial services, landscaping, recycling, building and mechanical trades, energy and utility management, and fleet and auto services. The Laborer will work to maintain the cleanliness of the campus, as well as assist with ground maintenance operations.
Building Service Engineer Pomona
The incumbent in this position is primarily responsible for working with one or more crews of skilled journey level Building Service Engineers and semi-skilled assistants in the operation and maintenance of the campus HVAC Systems. The incumbent will inspect, diagnose, and perform repair and overhaul of all stationary equipment on campus which involves, natural gas, water, refrigerant, and air distribution systems. This role also includes preventative maintenance on boilers, chillers, cooling towers, pumps, fans, compressors, water treatment systems controls, and all associated equipment.
Custodian Pomona
The Custodial Services Unit of the Facilities Management Department is responsible for cleaning, servicing and maintaining custodial standards for state buildings and campus facilities. This currently includes approximately 2 million square feet of building space. The primary responsibility of the custodial position is to provide routine and non-routine custodial maintenance of the campus in an assigned area.
University Advising Analyst Pomona
The Administrative Analyst, as part of the Office of Student Success, is responsible for providing administrative and analytical support and coordination for university advising operations. The Administrative Analyst collaborates extensively with the Executive Director of University Advising and provides assistance with personnel, budget, event coordination, and general office administration-related activities.

The CalFresh Outreach Coordinator serves as a case coordinator by monitoring incoming referrals for food assistance, overseeing their progression, and completing action plans and/or any follow-up necessary.
